Giveaway Period

Start: March 31st at 12:00 AM (CST) - 2026
End: May 31st at 12:00 AM (CST) - 2026 

Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the continental United States only
  • All ages may enter
  • If winner is under 18, prize will be titled in a parent or legal guardian’s name
  • Void where prohibited by law

Every $10 spent on www.dexjs.com = 1 entry

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

No purchase is required to enter or win.

To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten entry including your:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry per person into the giveaway.
Mail-in entries must be received before the giveaway end date.

Important: Purchasing does not increase your chances of winning beyond the number of entries received.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Details

  • Vehicle: 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4x4
  • Condition: Built as an off-road vehicle (not intended for highway use, must be trailered)
  • Title: Clean title
  • Declared Value: $5,000

Cash Option

Winner may choose $4,000 cash instead of the vehicle.

Taxes, Fees, and Delivery

  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and fees
  • Sponsor will meet winner within 500 miles of Bethel Springs, TN
  • If outside 500 miles, winner is responsible for all shipping costs

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected via random drawing - 6-1-2026 @ 8:00 PM CST
  • Drawing will be conducted live on Facebook and YouTube
  • Winner will be contacted via phone, text, and email 

Claim Time:
Winner has 24 hours to respond. If no response, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions & Liability

  • Vehicle is awarded AS-IS with no warranties
  • Winner must sign a liability waiver
  • Sponsor is not responsible for injuries, damages, or issues related to vehicle use
  • Vehicle includes custom modifications (roll cage, seats, etc.)

Refund & Purchase Policy

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds before or after giveaway
  • Exchanges allowed for merchandise or used parts if necessary
  • Any refunded orders will have entries removed

Fraud & Disqualification

  • Any suspected fraud or cheating will result in disqualification
  • Sponsor reserves the right to remove entries or select a new winner

Friends & Family Clause

To maintain fairness and authenticity:

  • If a close friend or family member is selected, Sponsor may:
    • Award them $1,000 cash
    • Select a new winner for the Jeep

Publicity Rights

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and social media content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor Rights

Dexter Browder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Participants will retain purchased items.
