Shipment Processing Times
Normal Shipment Times: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.
Giveaway Shipments: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Holiday Shipment Period: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.
Holiday Season shipment deadline dates to receive package prior to December 24th: Domestic shipment orders must be placed by December 14th. Orders placed after above listed dates are not guaranteed to arrive prior to the holiday.
Please allow full processing time prior to reaching out for your order status.
Once your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Each order includes $100 in coverage unless additional insurance has been purchased.
