These will be the factory bolts that holds the water pump to the engine block. Basically you just need to know if your engine uses 4 or 5 bolts. The 1987-2001 Jeep XJ 4.0/2.5s All used the four bolts along with the 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0s. Also the Jeep Wranglers used the four bolts until 2000-2006, they swapped to the 5 bolts when they started using the coil packs (not the 2000-2001 XJ 4.0). The 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ 4.0s all used the 5 Bolts.
