This is the Wiper Motor and Linkage Assembly for 1991-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I am working on a method for testing, but for now just sold as a USED product. Should have no slack in it.
The hardware kit includes bolts to hold the wiper assembly to attach to the body/cowl tray along with the small support bracket and the cowl tray cover bracket with the needed nuts and bolts.
