This is the 97-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ Jug with pump for Windshield washer fluid. These will not be sold if found dry or I don't check for leaks to make sure they're GOOD. I will add the option for the wire harness in case you're fixing a wrecked XJ and also the option to check the pumps for working condition in case you need working pumps.
I have the option for just a used jug pulled off sold as is. You could use your pumps if these are bad, but they may work just fine.
The other option I take a battery and fluid to make sure both pumps are in working condition.
