This is the lower dash cover for 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJs along with the metal cover for the steering column access panel. I will leave you the option to only buy the part you need.
I have them divvied into Tier One & Tier Two. Tier One will be as nice as possible, but still a Used Part. Tier Two will have some flaw, scratch, or maybe a switch hole or something small making it not in perfect condition.
