This Listing is for the Aluminium Valve Covers used in the 1995 and older Models of the Jeep 4.0 Inline Six Cylinder Engines. These are a popular upgrade for 1996-2006 Jeep 4.0 Engines as they offer color and heat absorption from the head to dissipate heat from the problematic 4.0 Cylinder Heads. You can use your same bolts, just with the needed gaskets for these covers. All of these have the same baffling for PCV systems. I can not 100% Guarantee these will have perfect PCV Fittings & Oil Caps. I won't remove anything before shipping, you will just get it how they are in stock. (My wife pulls orders, she doesn't know what a PCV valve is!)
- Most popular models would be the 1994-1995 Used with the introductions of the High Output 4.0 engines. These have a 1/4 turn to open Oil Cap with a nicer design. - The 1991-1993 Are VERY similar but will have a few differences. First is the paint seems to fall off very easy. They use the same style 1/4 Oil Cap with a older design. They also use the 1/4 PCV Grommets which just don't work as good and are very limited for custom PCV directions. Most online labels the 91-93 & 94-95 the same, With most of them using a stock photo of the 94-95s listed as 1991-1995, I would assume they send you either of them even with them being different! - The First version of the 4.0 Known as the Renix engines, These used a very similar Aluminum Valve Cover. Also using a 1/4 Turn Oil Cap, just an older cheaper design. They used a push in style PCV fittings, that seem to be a little harder to source new, but are universal in which direction they can point.
