These are the OEM Rear bumper mounting brackets for 1987-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJs. They attach the the XJ's frame with four bolts for each bracket and the bumper attaches with one nut & stud and nut along with one bolt on the bottom.

- Hardware will have the 4 bolts to attach to the frame - one lower bumper to bracket bolt - one nut for the upper stud - Hardware Kits are for ONE Bracket. Order 2 if you need hardware for both sides or a pair.
