These are the factory OEM Cylinder Head Bolts used to hold the engine's cylinder head to the engine block on 1996-2006 Jeep 4.0 Inline six cylinder engines. These could be used on 2.5 four cylinders, using the lesser need quantity of them. These DO NOT stretch like newer style bolts known as torque to yield. - These are Made In USA Quality - Not Made In China Parts.
- ALL Bolts sold have been cleaned very thoroughly and sprayed with rust preventer, so they will come in ready to use conditions rather than other sellers just sending you used rusty or dirty bolts!!
- 1/2 12 point Inch Head size - Older 5/8 was a tight fit on corner bolts, thicker sockets would not fit. These would be an "Upgrade" for the 1987-1995 Engines. - 1/2 - 20 Thread - 7 Bolts 4.5 inches long of threads with 1 inch of stud height -7 Bolts 3.75 inches long of threads - 14 Bolts in Total
