These are known as the Striker for the Doors on 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ for 4 & 2 Door models. They are the same in all four locations of the body of an XJ. These will include the two torx T-50 bolts. Since these all interchange, I mostly just pull the ones with little to no wear on them from a rear door.
