This is the "Engine Wiring Harness" for a 1998 ONLY Jeep Cherokee 4.0 Inline Six Cylinder This has the two main plugs into the PCM and goes to basically ALL the sensors on the engine. Also has the big main black plug around the transmission dipstick area that connects into the main body harness (click below for it) Make SURE you know what you are purchasing, Look pictures carefully!
- This was pulled from a 1998 Jeep Cherokee, I don't have systems to tell me which years interchange, but I KNOW these are only for 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJs 4.0s. MAYYY work on a 1999, but don't hold me to that. - Should Be From a 4x4, If not the only difference is the speed sensor pig tail needs about 7-9 inches of wire extension to reach the transfer case speed sensor.

-A person may miss diagnose an issue as a bad harness and want to buy one to try to fix their issue, then return it if it didn't fix a problem they were dealing with causing me trouble and taking up time I don't have!!
- These come off wrecks or bad engines, so the vehicle was either driving when it wrecked or the jeep was running when the engine blew up. I check these very carefully!!
