- These are the Bolts & Nuts for 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ's Leaf Springs Front & Rear Monuts Along with The Shackle Bolts. They are OEM made in USA 10.9 Grade, I am pretty positive of this, not sure why they have 9.8 stamps on the bolts, Not made in China Cheap Quality Parts.
