Jeep 2.5 Four Cylinders are EXTREMELY common to Crack, Bust, Slap, And even have wrist pin noises. Dex highly recommends getting ahead of the issue with New Updated pistons and keep your engine on the road and avoid having to purchase a used engine with the same problematic pistons or causing so much damage to your engine that it becomes unfit to rebuild.
These are New Seal Power pistons for STOCK BORE SIZE!! **(EDIT- We are offering over bored sizes, check listings, but they will typically be a few day delay having to order the size you need)** Already pressed onto rods, ready to drop in and solve some noise issues. Rings will need to be installed. At the moment we are just doing stock bore size but if this works we may look into alternate bore sizes.
You'll see prices below, and at if you cancel out the Connecting Rod core charge, you should have around $435 in a set of pistons that should keep your engine going for a long time. I do want to work on a service where you can send yours in and we just change them on your rods and avoid core charges. But if you do send your old Piston/Rod assembly back I will issue the Full charge back to you.
CORES Be sure to keep rod caps in factory location per rod, If caps gets mixed up I can't risk re using them as a rod so no core refund, and I do provide return label with purchase.

Total Cost $385 or $305 after core exchange. These should come on the 544 rod casting, but if you get another casting number, know that they will interchange with no issues. All have same dimensions along with exact same weights.
