These are the T-25 Torx Head bolts that hold the roof rack rails to the roof on 1991-2001 Jeep Cherokees XJs & 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJs. MAY fit 1984-1990 XJs, Not sure at the moment.
1999-2001 XJs only use/need 10 Bolts, Just easier to sell in quantities of the 12 count.
1999-2004 Grand Cherokees Use T-30 Torx Head bolts. They will come with 10 Counts Of Bolts.
