This is a Classic Rear View Mirror used in Most 1996 & Older Jeeps. I grab the tabs that are glued to the windshield off Jeeps with Bad ones. I used J-B weld to re attach these and have never had one come back off.
The one I used for pictures is worse shape than you will be buying. Just had it in the shop at the time.
