This is bolt used on 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees Spring Belt Tensioner. Also used in the 2000-2006 Jeep Wranglers. What a terrible spot and bolt to use the commonly stripped out Torx -40 Head size, but they did. Here's a good bolt if you need it.
