These are the Factory OEM Tail Light Wiring Harnesses. For 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ's. My Jeeps are very rust free, these should be rust and corrosion free, I would often expect they would need a brush or some cleaning from being old and sitting but if sold I would feel they are in useable conditions. I will make sure the bulbs can be removed if they look seized.
